Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: N/A
Overnight Shipping: N/A
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. For large or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within United States, and United States Territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations beyond the countries listed at this time.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may vary depending on the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information on possible charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
